ABOUT THE JOB
• Often being the first point of contact with our customers, delivering an excellent customer service via inbound calls
• Dealing with all online customer queries through our web support tool that come through our Social Media channels and contact email
• Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge ensure all customer queries can be answered
• Ability to upsell the benefits of new products to existing customers
• Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems
• Promoting company brand image positively
• Provide a high level of customer service; being appreciative and understanding each individual’s needs
• To follow company processes and procedures
• Support the organisation through working towards aims and objectives

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous telephone experience, both inbound and outbound to existing customers highly advantageous
• Experience in a call centre environment is desired
• Ability to work both a team and as an individual
• Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
• Ability to strive within a busy environment
• Knowledgeable on MS Office
